Bröhan Design Foundation

The foundation bears the name “Bröhan Design Foundation”. It was established on February 22, 2005 and is based in Berlin.  The Bröhan Design Foundation (BDF) is a foundation under civil law and pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of § 52 of the German Fiscal Code.  The Bröhan Design Foundation (BDF) is legally recognized by the Senate Department for Justice, Berlin (certificate no. 3416/749-II.2). It has been a member of the Bundesverband Deutscher Stifter e.V. (BDF) since its establishment.
